You rock! Thanks so much for posting. It was my first time in Onigiri, and the guy was looking at me like "what do you want?" In ten seconds I googled "onigiri korea english menu" and was able to order without taking forever to read the menu and translate word by word. And it was delicious too!!! Thanks a million.

I can't believe you're coming home soon! I am so excited for you, because I can definitely relate with you on leaving the awesomeness that is California for a year to live in a place with crappy wine/produce, miserable weather, and horrible air quality. :P

When you come back, we'll have to meet for coffee at Old Soul! Or Temple! Or anywhere, really, because it will all be better than a Cafe Benne. ;)

Maybe i should have worded that a bit differently, what I meant was the employer is the one that pays the recruiter. There are some decent recruiters, but some are looking for a quick buck, and will just place the job seeker anywhere (again not true for all recruiters). And yeah, what you said, they haven't seen the working environment and don't know if it's a good place to work or not.

Recruiters actually do not usually work for the employer, but work for a company. The problem, I think, is that most of them have not even seen the work environment or met the employer, so they have no idea if it's a good place to work or not.
